Why Hovay exists
Hovay Solutions started with a simple observation: most organizations don't need more tools or more advice — they need fewer, better-chosen ones, delivered by people who understand the operational reality on the ground.
We began by building Teachloom, a curriculum and grading platform for schools, and from there expanded into technology consulting, actuarial services, and business advisory. The through-line: hands-on work that produces shippable outcomes, not deliverables that sit in a drawer.
The company is based in Dubai, UAE, and works with organizations across the region and beyond.
